What's the difference between Personal and Business?
Personal is for non-commercial use - home servers, learning, personal projects. Business is for production servers and commercial use, and includes priority support, SLA, and advanced features like webhooks and API access.
How does the per-machine pricing work?
Each license covers one machine (server, VM, or container host). You purchase licenses for the number of machines you want to monitor. Add more machines anytime from your dashboard.
Can I move a license to a different machine?
Yes! You can deactivate a machine and activate a new one. This is useful when replacing or migrating servers.
What happens when my subscription expires?
The agent continues to run but stops sending data. Renew anytime to restore monitoring. Your historical data is retained for 30 days after expiration.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. The agent initiates outbound connections only - no inbound ports need to be opened. Data is stored in EU data centers and never shared.
What are the system requirements?
The agent is lightweight: ~50MB disk, ~30MB RAM, <1% CPU. Supports Linux (x64/ARM64), macOS (Intel/Apple Silicon), and Windows (x64). Requires outbound HTTPS access.
