We started as a Served/Forge idea in 2024. Commercial planning began January 1, 2026. Product launch and company registration is planned for March 1, 2026 using Atlas and our Startup system. All prior development was personal hobby/learning projects with no commercial intent.

1.1 Sole Author and Owner
I, Thomas Helledi, hereby declare that I am the sole author, creator, and owner of all intellectual property comprising the Served platform, including:
- All source code (backend, frontend, mobile, desktop)
- All database schemas and data models
- All algorithms and business logic
- All user interface designs and documentation
- All API specifications and brand assets (Served, UnifiedHQ, Atlas, Serva)

3. Legal Framework
3.1 Danish Copyright Law
Under the Danish Copyright Act (Ophavsretsloven), copyright vests in the creator of original works. Served qualifies as an original work because it is Thomas Helledi's own intellectual creation with sufficient individuality.
3.2 Independent Development Defense
Under both Danish/EU and international copyright law, independent development is a complete defense to copyright infringement. Copyright requires copying - similarity alone is not infringement.
3.3 Development Philosophy

Declaration of Independent Creation
I, Thomas Helledi, hereby declare under penalty of perjury that:
- I am the sole creator of all Served software and intellectual property
- I have never had access to any competitor's source code
- I have never been employed by any direct competitor
- All code in the Served repository was written by me from scratch
- Any functional similarity to competitor products is due to industry standards, not copying
Declaration of Ownership
I, Thomas Helledi, hereby declare that I own 100% of all intellectual property in Served with no third-party ownership claims.
